お客様の希望をお伺いし、全部自分で握るか、全部握ってあげるか、数貫だけ握ってみるか、等臨機応変に対応します。
また、要望と時間次第で巻物もお作り致します。
③食後のデザート：お寿司の後は、季節の果物をお出しします。
★メニュー例
握り：まぐろ赤身、まぐろ中トロ、真鯛、平目、サーモン、しめ鯖、ホタテ、茹で海老、穴子、卵焼き（ガリ、わさび）
巻物：上記の具材+きゅうり、アボカド
＊市場の入荷状況によってネタは、変更の可能性があります。
＊うに、いくら、本鮪大トロ等の高級食材は追加料金（時価）にて承ります。
時間は、体験開始から終了までは2時間程度です。
Authentic sushi making experience plan
Why don't you experience authentic "sushi making" with a professional sushi chef while traveling? From how to make vinegared rice to how to cut the material and how to grip it, the craftsman will give a careful lecture. This is a hands-on activity where you can actually make nigiri sushi, thin rolls, back rolls, etc. After the experience, you can taste the sushi you held on the spot.

* How to make Shari (vinegared rice) * Knowledge of soy sauce and wasabi for sushi * How to cut the material
* Sushi making experience (nigiri sushi, thin rolls, back rolls)
* Seasonal fruit desserts after meals
Main stories
Tuna, white fish, salmon, scallops, shrimp, fried eggs, etc.
* Untan, salmon roe, etc. can be handled for an additional fee.
Price (excluding tax)
* 2 persons: 16,000 yen per person
* 3 people or more: 14,000 yen per person
* Delivery fee: 10,000 yen
* Same fee for elementary school students and older, free for elementary school students and younger (negotiable)
